Should I rent an excavator and do it myself or hire an excavator + operator?

EXCAVATORS ARE FUN! I would be lying if I said that they weren’t, however, skillfully excavating takes a lot of training, practice and skill and should not be taken lightly. When beginning an excavation project, make sure whoever is operating the excavator is trained and has knowledge about digging around utilities and the various safety standards that need to be taken into account. nobody wants to begin work on their dream pool only to end up liable for a broken gas line.
